What happens when you need help?

Most questions can be answered in your help pages. Your help pages are available to you
from your domain control panel. All of our clients have a domain control panel and access to
the help pages. We are constantly upgrading and adding to the help pages and they are a very
complete knowledge base of the answers to most problems you will ever have with your web site.

We provide a help desk where you can submit a ticket for support. Support requests are
answered as soon as possible and once you register for the help desk you will have a database
of all your help requests and the answers in case you need to refresh your memory.

You can call us on the phone at anytime. If we are busy and can not answer the phone you can
leave a short message and we will call you back shortly.
|

If you email us and say you would like a phone call we will gladly call you. Just give us
your phone number and a good time to call.
