We guarantee that if you are not 100% satisfied with our hosting and support during the first 30 days of your contract we will refund all money you have paid in advance for hosting. We also guarantee that should you ever decide to switch hosting companies we will promptly help you modify your domain and refund any money you have paid in advance.

If you have paid in advance for hosting and decide to cancel your site for any reason we promise to refund all full months of hosting you have paid for from the cancel date. It is your website and you can cancel for any reason. That is your choice and we will handle your request promptly and courteously and refund your money immediately.

Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
